oh and since my lawyer,Shigedardar is like freaking busy, we shall reduce th 100-day acception time of Tan Ying Ying for this contract. But dont worry la, not by alot:)

A profile of her working experience:
Tan Ying Ying, member of the awesomely pro Insane Bananas Association since 14th of January 2009. Was a member since the founding date of the association as the well-named and known Toilet Manager.

However, For her cause of not performing her duties of cleaning the toilets and all necessary duties and claiming that the manager would only order others to clean the toilet; and as a result abusing the family dog named Woofy by using it as a mop. This is a federal offense punishable by law.
For that above mentioned offense, the uber kind and understanding Family of Insane Bananas (also known as Insane Bananas Association IBA)decided not to press charges against the evil and violent Tan Ying Ying for animal cruelty, but instead demoted her public status to a rank of Toilet Cleaner.

After Tan Ying Ying's demotion from Toilet Manager to Toilet Cleaner, Tan Ying Ying still shows insists that she is TM (initials of 'Toilet Manager') instead of TC (initials of 'Toilet Cleaner'). This has aroused a public disagreement within the Family of Insane Bananas. Since the IBA is a bunch of friendly and kind souls, we decided not to take action as long as candidate Tan Ying Ying performed her duties well.

Reason for Name-changing:
Tan Ying Ying , as mentioned above, had been repeatedly requesting for a Promotion of her status from Toilet Cleaner, and pestering the Family of Insane Bananas, causing mental disruptions to many of our members and some of the members are showing signs of Insanity and Psychological Disorder, majorly affecting the lives of the members.

Thus, Because of the major disruption, we have decided to PROMOTE Tan Ying Ying from the humble position of Toilet Cleaner to Toilet Kisser (TK) which basically means instead of using basic toiletries and supplies like toilet brushes, She uses Kissing to reduce the dirt on toilets.
This is effective and less costly, and benefits both the IBA and the candidate Tan Ying Ying herself,
allowing her to get a higher pay for the lesser costs incurred. This promotion is a legal promotion as it ensures a raise in salary and better status in IBA.

As a result and a step in the proccess, Tan Ying Ying's previous status as Toilet Cleaner will be switched to Toilet Kisser, to show that she has been legally promoted.
